But tilapia fish in Bangladesh is 100% safe. Although there is disagreement among the people about the use of hormones in fish, no health risk has been proved so far for taking this fish. This fish can be safely consumed as it does not contain harmful chemicals. Research by various governmental and non-governmental organizations, including the Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute, has already proven this. Various fish, including tilapia, are unlikely to contain any harmful substances.

It supports healthy growth and development, prevents heart disease, and contributes to good brain function.
